My wife is always sharing with me that she feels our pastor is distant and hard to get to know. I tend to agree with her, however, I also know that as the pastor he has a lot on his table. Sometimes we forget that pastors have wives, children, grand children and all sorts of responsibilities. Sometimes we forget that they are human beings just like us and encounter many of the emotions, hardships and difficulties that we all do. Sometimes we see pastors as God when the truth is, there are merely men and sometimes women. It's as if we place them on pedestals as if they are angels of something.
Thank God for pastors and all that they represent and do.
